Upon completion of the clearance we can provide you with photos before and after by email of your property.

We ensure items of sentimental or monetary value are brought to your attention. Every clearance will be overseen by James to ensure the clearance is undertaken to the highest standards.

We are a small local business and we aim to recycle as much as possible, yes this is more time consuming and labour intensive but we feel we have a role not only to try and reduce the impact on the environment but also support local charities by donating items directly, blankets & towels given to local animal charities and even unused non-perishable foods are donated to local food banks.

James the company director will discuss your needs and he will give you an idea of cost and timescale and provide you with a free no obligation quotation should you wish. If it’s a few items we can give you a price over the phone and arrange a suitable time to collect.

2. Clearing

At Easy Clearance Sussex we aim not only to take the rubbish away but the hassle too.

We can collect keys and liaise directly with estate agents, letting agents and solicitors.

We can clear at a convent time for you too, perhaps you would like to keep your business running without the interruptions we can arrange to clear in the evenings and weekend too, or maybe you need something cleared quickly that's not a problem too.

3. Recycling

We look after the environment and are a registered waste carrier.

As a local business we believe we should look after our local environment and the people and animals in it.

We aim to recycle as much as possible using a local recycling facility and avoiding landfills. We donate a number of items to local charities including hospices and animal charities. Blankets and towels are also collected and given to local animal charities.
